Subscriptions and Purchases

TinyTales subscriptions are purchased through Apple and synchronized in the app through RevenueCat. If you subscribed but Plus is not shown in the app, open TinyTales, go to Plan, and use Restore Purchases or Refresh subscription status.

Apple manages subscription payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellation. To manage or cancel a subscription, open your Apple Account subscription settings on your device.

Account Deletion

You can delete your TinyTales account in Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion removes your TinyTales cloud account and associated app data, including child profiles, saved stories, reports, generation events, entitlement records, and generated story audio files, except where limited records must be retained for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Deleting your TinyTales account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple-managed subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Privacy and Safety

TinyTales is designed for parents and guardians. Children should not enter private information or use the AI generation flow without adult supervision. Please use nicknames only and avoid full names, school names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, voice samples, or sensitive identity details.

If a story seems unsafe, inaccurate, too scary, or inappropriate for your family, use Report Story in the app or contact us by email.
